1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KingieSMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

KingieSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. Numbers are VoIP-based and intended for one-time verification codes only. We do not guarantee acceptance by all platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may only maintain one account.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, LTC, ETH, TRX).
  • Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation.
  • Deposited funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Minimum deposit amounts may apply.

5. SMS Number Usage

  • Numbers are assigned temporarily (typically 3 minutes).
  • If no SMS is received within the time limit, your balance is automatically refunded.
  • Once an SMS code is received and displayed, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
  • Numbers may not work with all services. We do not guarantee delivery.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

  • Fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
  • Harassment, spam, or abuse
  • Circumventing bans or restrictions on other platforms
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Remaining balance on terminated accounts is forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including failed verifications, lost funds, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
